Background: I was born and raised in upstate South Carolina. I have lived and traveled throughout much of the United States. I first earned a real estate license in Florida with the dream of starting a real estate career by joining my wife, Irma, to form a team. I planned to bring my strong business experience and network of contacts to my new career. I just didn't exactly plan on waiting 10 years and watching our children become adults before starting my real estate career full time! The reality of my real estate career has proven to be even better than my dream. I was able to move back home to the beautiful, friendly, exciting and growing upstate region. Irma and I were thrilled a few months later when our son, Steve, decided to join us and form "The Carolina Realty Team". Working in an area I love, with the support and resources of Coldwell Banker Caine, and with family that I love and respect, is a dream come true for me. Motivation: Having bought and sold several personal residences, I know firsthand both the stresses and satisfaction that can accompany these transactions. I also know the value of having an honest, professional, and reliable REALTOR® on your side. My goal is to utilize my experience and expertise to help my clients minimize stress and maximize satisfaction when buying or selling real estate. Personal: I have been married to my wonderful wife, Irma, for 27 years. Our son, Steve, is the third member of The Carolina Realty Team. Our daughter, Cassy, is a college student. Background: I am originally from South Texas and speak both English and Spanish fluently. I first lived in the upstate region of South Carolina after my husband, Dennis, left the military and we moved back to his home state. Although career choices led us away from South Carolina for a number of years, we always planned to make the upstate our final home. In 1996, while living in Florida, I first earned my real estate license and started my career as a part time agent. Although I enjoyed real estate and hoped to eventually form a team with my husband, I eventually put my real estate career on hold to concentrate on raising our children. After both our children were grown and our daughter was off to college, we decided to sell our house in Florida and pursue our dreams. We moved back to the upstate, bought a home, got our real estate licenses, and joined Coldwell Banker Caine, Inc. as a team. Recently, our son, Steve, moved back to the upstate, got his real estate license and joined with us to form a true family team. Motivation: I know what it is like to buy and sell a home and I know the process can be stressful. My commitment to my clients, as their REALTOR®, is to provide excellent service, honesty, and integrity to make the process as smooth as possible. Personal: I have been happily married for 27 years. Strengths and Motivations: My faith, family and strong work ethic are of the utmost importance to me.
